For your comfort and enjoyment, Spa 190 provides luxurious robes and slippers, as well as complimentary beverage service and fruit, nuts or other natural snacks. To ensure the quality of your services and that of the other guests, we request that you please turn off cell phone and speak quietly while in spa area.

Gratuities

Please note that gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package or gift certificate unless specifically stated. For those wishing to show appreciation for a service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are provided upon checkout. The industry average for spa gratuities is 20% of service. Gratuities are always greatly appreciated by your spa therapists.

Series

Many of our services may be purchased in series packages of three, six and twelve. Save 10% when you purchase a series of three, 15% when you purchase a series of six and 20% when you purchase a series of twelve. Series packages are valid for 12 months following the date of purchase.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is necessary to secure your reservation. Because we have reserved this time especially for you, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to honor your reservation. Please note that we must apply a 100% service charge for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

Spa Parties

Spa 190 may be reserved for private spa parties. To reserve the spa, simply guarantee a minimum of four guests, and a 20% gratuity will be added to all services. Select three or more services per guest and receive a 10% discount on all 3.
