'How To' Spa

We recommend arriving 15 min prior to your scheduled service, to allow ample time for you to change and enjoy our Relaxation Lounge. If you are late for your services we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule, but please note that services must end at their pre-scheduled end time.

Please note that a recommended 18% gratuity is not included in gift certificates unless noted.

For your comfort, robes, slippers and spa beverages will be provided during your visit. Spa 190 is a co-ed facility, except on Mondays which are reserved exclusively for men.

Please relax and enjoy your services. If anything can be done to improve your experience, please let us know, as your enjoyment is our top priority.

Reservations/Cancellations

A valid credit card is necessary to secure your reservation. Because we have reserved this time especially for you, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to honor your reservation. Please note that we must apply a 50% service charge for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

Gift Certificates and Packages

Spa 190 gift cards are elegantly presented and make the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any of our spa packages, individual services or products and may include a gratuity. Prices do not include gratuities and may be subject to change without notice.  A customary 18% gratuity will be added to parties of 3 or more.

Directions

Spa 190 is located at 190 E. Jericho Tpke, between Roslyn Rd and Glen Cove Rd, in Mineola. Please note that we are on the second floor.

From the Meadowbrook Parkway North, take Northern State Parkway West to exit 31. Make a right onto Glen Cove Rd, and travel two traffic lights to Jericho Tpke. Turn right and travel three traffic lights to Sheridan Blvd. We are located on the right.

From the LIE take exit 39 South onto Glen Cove Rd. and travel approx 1 mile to Jericho Tpke. Turn right and travel three traffic lights to Sheridan Blvd. We are located on the right.

From the Northern State Parkway, take exit 31 (Glen Cove Rd) to Jericho Tpke. Turn west onto Jericho Tpke and travel three traffic lights to Sheridan Blvd. We are located on the right.
